Alight’s Workforce Mindset® Study examines a range of workplace topics such as the employee experience, cultural characteristics and differentiators, total rewards, communication and technology. In this year’s study of 2,501 U.S. employees, a large part of our focus takes into account the fact that the research was conducted in July 2020, in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic and immediately following the rise of racial and social justice demonstrations.
We explore new areas such as perceptions of the employer response to COVID-19, the impact of more remote work and furloughs, and the increased attention on social justice and its impact in the workplace.
