Alight wins 2025 GOLD Stevie® award for sales and customer service

Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled services provider, today announced it has won a GOLD Stevie Award in the Inside Sales Team of the Year category in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.  More than 2,100 nominations were considered in this year’s competition, with winners determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.

The Alight OneSource team, which works with Medicare carriers and assists Medicare beneficiaries select a Medicare plan, was recognized for its ability to achieve substantial growth while improving quality standards. In three years, the Alight OneSource team has increased client revenue from $3.4 million to more than $10 million. Despite navigating strict compliance standards from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Alight successfully exceeded its client’s goal by 400%.
