Alight was also certified in the categories of Best Places To Work For Moms, Best Places To Work For Dads, and Best Places for Parents Working Remotely. Alight’s paid parental leave, healthcare and financial resources, social support, flexible work arrangements, and access to backup childcare and eldercare were highlighted by Parents@Work.

The inaugural Parents@Work program validates the family-first policies, benefits and cultural practices of companies that are committed to improving outcomes for working parents.
The Parents@Work certification is the latest affirmation that Alight is building a high-performance workplace culture and supporting workplace equality. Recently, Alight was named a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row, and earned a top score in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for the second consecutive year.
