(NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital and technology services provider, today announced the hiring of Michael Keady as its new Vice President of Consultant Relations for Alight’s Wealth Practice. In this role, Michael will be instrumental in strengthening Alight’s relationships with top consulting firms nationwide, leveraging his extensive experience in the retirement industry and strategic acumen.

Michael brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished track record to Alight. Prior to joining Alight, Michael spent 13 years at Bank of America, leading the institutional consultant relations strategy. Before that, he held key leadership positions at ING through the CitiStreet acquisition, focusing on consultants in the Total Benefits Outsourcing business. With over 25 years in financial services, Michael is widely recognized for his strategic expertise in business strategy, innovation, product development, relationship management, and sales and marketing, with a specialization in relationship-driven professional selling.
Beyond his professional roles, Michael is actively engaged in academia and philanthropy. He serves as a guest lecturer at Suffolk University and an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona’s MBA program, where he teaches business data analytics and global marketing. Michael also mentors doctoral candidates at Capella University and contributes to the Academy of Management’s management consulting sub-committee. As well, Michael teaches financial literacy to non-profit organizations and participates in mentorship programs such as the Cherie Blair Foundation. Committed to giving back, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Run to Home Base, The Posse Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, and NewLife Furniture Bank.
Michael holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, specializing in strategy and innovation, and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts. Recently, he completed a design thinking and innovation certificate from Harvard Business School.
