“Receiving a top score from Disability:IN is a testament to Alight’s dedication to championing our people and creating a strong sense of belonging,” said Xan Daniels, Vice President of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Alight. “Inclusivity is crucial in making everyone feel welcome and valued, reinforcing the idea that the right environment can empower individuals to thrive regardless of their disabilities.”

Alight’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy is deeply rooted in the company’s core value of Championing People, striving to create a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Alight’s commitment to empowering colleagues and their families with long-term, temporary or situational disabilities is demonstrated through initiatives like its colleague-led community (CLC), Able @ Alight, along with inclusivity and cultural awareness training, inclusive hiring practices and more.
