As Chief Technology Officer, Deepika Duggirala leads the company's technology organization, driving innovation in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. Since joining Alight in 2023 as EVP of Technology, she has harnessed her 25+ years of leadership experience to accelerate Alight's technology agenda and deliver transformative solutions.
Deepika's career spans leadership roles at global enterprises and innovative startups. Before Alight, she served as SVP of Global Technology Platforms at TransUnion, where she spearheaded the cloud-based transformation of their technology platforms. She also held senior leadership positions at SAP Labs, where she was Vice President of Development for the SAP Mobile Platform, and at Motorola Inc., where she advanced from Software Engineer to Engineering Project Manager over nearly a decade.
Her extensive experience includes serving as CTO and VP of Engineering at Yello, where she drove product development strategies, and SVP of Engineering at SPINS, leading the development of high-performing software solutions. Deepika has also contributed her expertise at Nielsen, further solidifying her reputation as a dynamic leader in technology innovation.
Deepika earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University, India. She is deeply committed to fostering equity and access in technology. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Quest Academy, a school dedicated to creating an enriching learning environment where exceptional and gifted students can be challenged and thrive.
A passionate advocate for women in technology, Deepika champions initiatives that promote diversity, balance, and inclusion in both professional and personal spheres. She actively contributes to this mission as a mentor with the Chicago Innovation Women's Mentoring Co-op, alongside her informal mentoring engagements, helping to shape the next generation of technology leaders.
