As the Chief Delivery Officer, Allison is responsible for advancing Alight’s service delivery capabilities and driving continued client success. Allison is known as a global strategic operations leader with proven financial results, high client satisfaction, and strong people performance. She is passionate about building an inclusive environment and elevating women in the workforce. Allison led a group of women to launch a women’s leadership development program at Alight. In four years, the program has graduated over 140 women.
Prior to her current role, Allison held a variety of roles within the organization since joining the company in 1998. She has spent her career focused on delivering high quality service to Alight’s clients and customers.
Allison also serves on the Board of The GLP Foundation, a nonprofit that provides support to people with mental illness and who battle homelessness in the Dallas, Texas area.
