Our commitment

In alignment with our core values, Alight Solutions U.S. Supplier Diversity Program’s goal is to obtain a diverse and inclusive supply chain to guarantee equal opportunities to qualified suppliers. Diversity and inclusion have always been the principle that binds our core values together.

As a part of our strategic sourcing and procurement practices, we are committed to building upon inclusivity and diversity of our suppliers whose business values are aligned with ours. We actively pursue certified diverse suppliers to ensure our suppliers provide competitively high-quality products and services.

Diverse supplier businesses are essential to the economic growth of the communities in which we do business. We are eager to partner with businesses in their pursuit to grow economic wealth in the underrepresented/disadvantaged communities they support.

Diverse suppliers generally include businesses owned and operated by women, members of socially and economically disadvantaged groups, and veterans.

  • Woman-owned business (WBE)
  • Minority-owned business (MBE)
  • LGBT-owned (LGBTBE)
  • Veteran-owned (VBE) or service-disabled veteran-owned (VBE) (SDVBE)
  • Historically underutilized business (HUB)
  • Disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE)
  • Small business (SBE)

We use certified diverse supplier databases to verify certification then determine a supplier’s qualifications that meet our business needs: capacity, location, etc.

Alight Solutions is seeking a mutually beneficial relationship from a financial and social position that encourages and embraces innovation, competition, highest quality of product and/or service, connection to community, economic opportunities, diversity and equality for all.
