For the sixth time, Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management solutions (HCM), was recognized by NelsonHall’s NEAT assessment as a Leader in Multi-Process HR Services. NelsonHall also identified Alight as a Leader in the Workday Services Focus market segment.
According to NelsonHall, Alight was recognized for its ability to meet the current and future cloud-based needs of its clients, relative to its peers. The report acknowledged Alight’s comprehensive suite of cloud services offered across software platforms and its advisory capabilities to assist clients throughout their cloud journey.
“It is an honor to be recognized by NelsonHall once again as we continue to grow our HCM and financials business to better serve our clients,” said Colin Brennan, executive vice president of HCM and Financial Solutions at Alight. “This industry acknowledgement underscores Alight’s leading position across cloud deployment and advisory.”
The 2018 NEAT assessment evaluated 17 multi-process HR services vendors based on their performance across a range of criteria and business situations to identify the best performing vendors overall. Vendor scores are compiled from a combination of analyst assessment and client interviews. The report also included an analysis using the same methodology for the 12 Workday services vendors.
“Alight has been recognized as a leader for its overall payroll services capability enabled through a comprehensive consult to operate model and multi-process HR services offering,” said Pete Tiliakos, principal HR Technology & Services Analyst, NelsonHall. "Alight has a strong history in helping large, complex organizations modernize payroll to enable broader HR transformation through its deep expertise in cloud deployments and platform optimization. This was validated by strong overall client satisfaction scores for its partnership approach, and the ability to meet both current and future client requirements.”
