Alight Solutions earns a top score in Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index

Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, is proud to announce it has earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

The 2021 CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees. The CEI rated 1,142 U.S.-based companies on criteria including nondiscrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
