This report summarizes the findings of an annual survey from Alight Solutions to capture changes employers intend to make to their retirement and financial wellbeing plans in the year ahead. The 2022 version is the 18th installment of the report and features responses from over 110 organizations employing more than four million workers. The survey was administered in the fall of 2021.
