Perceptions of the overall employee experience are on the rise and more workers are willing to recommend their employers—but we have work to do.
Employees who have a great overall experience are twice as likely to say they are fully productive at work (96% vs 40%)
Stand-taking, rewards, and environment top the list of differentiators this year, but all characteristics are more likely than last year to be viewed as potential differentiators. Rising most from prior year include having strong leaders (up 8 points) and providing meaningful work (up 7 points).
