Alight Solutions announces Dinesh Moorjani and Brad Fluegel join board of directors

Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, HR and finance solutions, today announced Dinesh Moorjani and Brad Fluegel as new members of the company’s board of directors.
Mr. Moorjani brings a depth of experience and leadership in the mobile and technology sectors. He currently serves as managing director at Comcast Ventures, the venture capital unit of Comcast, where he oversees investments across a variety of sectors. Previously, Mr. Moorjani served as executive-in-residence at a leading global private equity firm, where he now serves as an advisor. He was the founder and CEO of several successful companies, including Hatch Labs Inc. where he conceived of and built numerous enterprise software and mobile companies from the ground up. At Hatch Labs, he cofounded Tinder, one of the fastest-growing consumer mobile businesses globally. Mr. Moorjani has also served in a variety of leadership roles at technology and media companies.

With more than 30 years in the health care sector, Mr. Fluegel brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience from multiple sides of the health care ecosystem. He recently retired as senior vice president, chief healthcare commercial market development officer for Walgreens. Before Walgreens, Mr. Fluegel served in senior strategy roles at private equity firm Health Evolution Partners; WellPoint, one of the nation’s largest health benefits companies; and Aetna, one of the country’s leading health plans. He has also held strategic health care consulting roles with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin and Reden & Anders, a division of UnitedHealth Group.
