Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, has received the Leader designation in the Everest Group’s Multi-Process HRO (MPHRO) PEAK Matrix® for the fourth straight assessment.

The Everest Group’s annual report analyzes the changing dynamics of the MPHRO landscape and highlights the key capabilities and attributes of service providers based on multiple inputs, including client feedback. Alight was recognized as a Leader based on its market success, vision and delivery capabilities. Everest Group reported that Alight’s leading position in the MPHRO market is supported by its strong track record of executing large, complex and multi-continent projects for clients. “HR leaders are focused on technology’s ability to help their organizations keep up with changes in the workforce and the work environment,” said Colin Brennan, chief product strategy & services officer at Alight. “Everest Group’s assessment affirms our technology-driven mindset and continued commitment to investing in solutions that will help us deliver even greater outcomes to our clients and their people worldwide.”

“Alight has positioned itself as one of the premier providers in the MPHRO market capable of supporting global clients with complex needs,” said Anil Vijayan, vice president at Everest Group. “As it continues to focus on strengthening its next-generation digital capabilities to develop holistic and intuitive solutions centered on employee experience, Alight is well-positioned to cater to the evolving needs of the market, particularly in the post-pandemic environment.”
