The solutions: Deliver, design, deploy and maintain
To provide ABN AMRO with the data-driven insights they’re looking for, Alight will deliver an end-to-end HR and payroll platform based on technology from SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions. The processes and systems used by the bank’s employees for HR-related business will be integrated within the Alight Worklife platform.
By leveraging machine learning, Alight will develop the processes to drive ABN AMRO’s operational and innovation requirements. A dedicated team of Alight specialists will work onsite to deliver a full change management and employee experience program with a seamless transition to the new platform.
